Head of HR

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Global Head of HR to partner directly with the Founder and executive team. The role will design, scale and future‑proof the organization as it expands into a fully integrated financial ecosystem. You will act as a strategic advisor to build a high‑performance, globally scalable organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full global HR function across all business units.
• Partner with the Founder and leadership to translate business strategy into organizational strategy.
• Design and evolve organizational structures, operating models and talent strategies for global expansion.
• Drive global hiring strategy and leadership capability building.
• Establish HR governance, compliance and risk frameworks across regulated jurisdictions.
• Implement and scale HR systems, data and analytics to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior HR leader in high‑growth, global organizations.
• Strong track record partnering with founders or senior executives.
• Experience across the full HR spectrum (HRBP, talent acquisition, OD, compensation & benefits, HR operations).
• Deep understanding of global expansion, compliance and regulated environments.
• Ability to build and scale organizations in fast‑paced, ambiguous settings.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
