Head of Human Resources

About the role

The Head of Human Resources will lead the HR function for a leading organisation operating across hospitality, leisure and entertainment sectors in Dubai. Reporting to senior leadership, this role will translate HR strategy into an integrated people agenda that supports business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Translate HR strategy, policies and frameworks into an annual people agenda aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organisational design, talent management and succession planning.
• Lead annual manpower planning and budgeting in collaboration with Finance.
• Oversee recruitment, Emiratisation initiatives, employee relations and compliance with UAE Labour Law.
• Drive employee engagement, culture and HR digitalisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field with 10–15 years of progressive HR experience.
• 5–7 years in a senior HR leadership role within UAE hospitality, leisure or entertainment sectors.
• Proven experience in strategic workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and employee relations.
• Strong analytical capability and knowledge of UAE Labour Law.

Required skills

• Experience with enterprise HR systems such as SAP HCM or SuccessFactors.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills using HR analytics and workforce data.
