Recruitment Consultant / Talent Partner

About the role

Join a fast‑growing international talent and recruitment business operating across the UAE and UK. As a Recruitment Consultant you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technology, finance and senior leadership roles, working with an existing client portfolio from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full candidate recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Identify and engage high‑quality candidates via LinkedIn, professional networks and referrals.
• Conduct screening calls, build shortlists and present candidates to clients.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain communication and gather feedback throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records and pipelines in the CRM and support client communication strategies.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, executive search or talent acquisition, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proactive, organised and commercially minded with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities while delivering a great candidate experience.

Required skills

• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and candidate engagement abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with professionals at various seniority levels.
