Head of Integration

About the role

The Head of Integration will lead the delivery of key integration workstreams following the acquisition of RBL by Emirates NBD. You will translate strategic objectives into executable plans across business, technology and support functions while ensuring alignment with the integration strategy and synergy targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the integration strategy, target operating model and transformation objectives.
• Lead product, customer proposition and operating model integration across both organisations.
• Identify, realise and monitor revenue, cost and operational synergies.
• Govern integration workstreams, manage dependencies, risks and benefits realization.
• Partner with senior business leaders, regulators and stakeholders to resolve cross‑functional challenges.
• Provide data‑driven insights, business cases and progress reporting to the Head of Integration and executive leadership.

Required profile

• 18+ years of experience, including 8+ years in Banking or Financial Services.
• 5+ years leading large transformation or integration programmes, with M&A integration experience.
• Prior retail banking experience (cards, loans, liabilities) is essential.

Required skills

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Agile certification (CSM or SAFe).
• Lean Six Sigma (preferred).
