Head of Marketing – Global Strategy Lead

About the role

Our confidential client, a leading specialist in residency and citizenship‑by‑investment solutions, is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to shape and execute its global marketing strategy. Based in Dubai, you will drive high‑quality client acquisition across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and implement the overall marketing strategy to support business growth.
• Drive lead generation, brand awareness and marketing ROI through multi‑channel campaigns.
• Oversee digital marketing, content creation, PR, events, partnerships and social media.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to improve conversion rates and client acquisition.
• Manage marketing teams, external agencies, budgets and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 8+ years of marketing experience with proven leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated success generating qualified leads and revenue via digital and performance marketing.
• Experience targeting High‑Net‑Worth Individuals (HNWIs) in sectors such as investment migration, wealth management, private banking, luxury real estate or financial services.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work onsite in Dubai.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta platforms.
• Proficiency in SEO, CRM platforms, marketing automation and analytics tools.
