Head of Marketing

About the role

The Head of Marketing will lead LCRE’s overall marketing function, driving brand growth, digital presence, lead generation, and marketing strategy across the business. This is a hands‑on senior role for someone who can take ownership of the marketing direction, manage a marketing team, and work closely with management and the wider team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead LCRE’s overall marketing strategy and brand direction.
• Lead, manage, and develop the marketing team.
• Manage and grow LCRE’s social media and digital presence.
• Oversee content creation, including property, brand, lifestyle, photography, and video.
• Lead digital marketing, advertising, and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Support Property Consultants with marketing and personal branding initiatives.
• Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, property launches, events, and wider business initiatives.
• Manage external agencies, suppliers, and creative partners where required.
• Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Required profile

• Proven marketing experience within the real estate industry.
• Previous experience managing and leading a marketing team.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, branding, content, and lead generation.
• Creative, commercially minded, and highly organised.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Confident taking ownership and working independently.
• Dubai/UAE real estate experience is preferred.
