About the role

FuturaX Marketing is a digital marketing agency that helps brands set new standards by combining creative insight with analytical skills. It works with both emerging startups and established companies. The Head of Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, leading the overall marketing strategy and execution for FuturaX and its key client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall marketing strategy and execution for the agency and key client accounts
• Oversee the development of integrated marketing plans and manage marketing budgets
• Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and brand positioning
• Supervise marketing teams and review campaign performance
• Optimize digital and offline initiatives
• Collaborate with sales and account management to drive revenue growth
• Maintain key stakeholder relationships and guide public communications
• Uphold data-driven decision-making across marketing activities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience leading cross-functional marketing teams and managing budgets in a fast-paced agency or digital-first environment
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management and communication skills, able to present clearly to leadership and clients
• Experience in international or Gulf-region markets, ideally including Dubai, is a plus
