About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on marketing leader to run paid campaigns, lead creative delivery, and build practical AI marketing systems across our real‑estate and development businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Own paid acquisition and retargeting on Facebook, Instagram, Google Search & Display, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
- Lead designers, editors, videographers, copywriters and creators to produce campaign content.
- Develop and manage tracking, CRM, attribution and international campaign workflows.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience (3‑4 years welcomed).
- Demonstrated improvements in qualified leads, acquisition costs, conversions or business results.
- Experience managing creative and content delivery teams.
- Practical AI expertise with custom integrations, plugins or agents built using APIs and automation tools.
