Head of Product – Fraud

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Head of Product to lead its fraud and financial‑crime portfolio. You will shape AI‑driven solutions that protect customers, streamline compliance and reinforce trust across our global platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional product team focused on fraud detection, prevention and remediation.
• Define and own the product roadmap, from strategic vision through execution and launch.
• Build and mentor multiple squads and Product Owners, fostering career growth and alignment with business objectives.
• Leverage AI and data‑science capabilities to automate workflows and enable intuitive, multi‑modal customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering and Data teams to deliver secure, scalable features.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years managing large product teams.
• Proven track record delivering AI‑centric, data‑driven products in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI‑based prioritisation.
• Hands‑on attitude, willing to roll up sleeves and drive projects from inception to market.
• Experience launching complex, customer‑facing and back‑office solutions from scratch.
