Head of Regional Chains Account (Hotels)

About the role

HBX Group is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Regional Chains – Asia Pacific to lead strategic relationships with major international hotel groups across the region. The role focuses on driving growth, strengthening executive‑level partnerships, and maximizing the value of HBX's chain partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with key hotel chain partners across Asia Pacific, leading commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and strategic discussions.
• Deliver sustainable growth in room nights, total revenue, and profitability, while identifying new distribution opportunities.
• Develop and execute regional chain strategies aligned with HBX's global objectives, using data‑driven decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Revenue Management, Marketing, Connectivity, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver partner objectives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing strategic hotel chain partnerships within travel, hospitality, or distribution.
• Proven track record of leading commercial negotiations and delivering measurable business results.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, engaging senior executives both internally and externally.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of the hotel distribution ecosystem, including wholesalers, OTAs, connectivity, revenue management, and chain structures.
• Highly analytical with ability to translate data into commercial action.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship‑building capabilities.
