Head of Risk – Non‑Retail

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Head of Risk for its non‑retail portfolio in Dubai. You will lead the design and implementation of a globally scalable risk framework, embed risk governance across the business and shape the future of credit risk for mid‑market, corporate and enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and roll out a risk framework that can scale globally, establishing governance structures and promoting risk culture.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to create origination, monitoring, provisioning and collections risk models.
• Build and lead a portfolio management team focused on continuous monitoring of receivables and payables finance.
• Define and adapt local credit policies and procedures to maximise portfolio‑level economic returns.
• Provide thought leadership on risk appetite for mid‑market, corporate and enterprise features.
• Make underwriting decisions for significant exposures and represent the first‑line team on risk committees.
• Maintain strong relationships with the second line of defence and support departmental planning.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in managing credit risk for mid‑market products.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale a risk team from the ground up.
• Deep understanding of credit policy governance and its implementation.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in portfolio‑level risk optimisation.
