Head of Strategy and Transformation

About the role

Our client is a diversified UAE‑based group operating across multiple sectors and geographies, currently driving a group‑wide transformation programme to boost performance, governance and scalability. The Head of Strategy & Transformation will own strategic planning, lead transformation initiatives and ensure execution governance across the organisation. Reporting to the board and senior leadership, the role bridges strategy formulation and operational delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and define long‑term priorities for the group.
• Drive transformation initiatives and manage cross‑functional programmes.
• Establish and maintain execution governance, performance dashboards and transformation roadmaps.
• Set up PMO discipline and decision‑making frameworks.
• Act as the bridge between strategy formulation and operational execution.

Required profile

• Senior experience in strategy, transformation or management consulting.
• Proven exposure to multi‑business environments and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC markets is preferred.
• Strong analytical ability, executive presence and change‑leadership capability.
• Track record of building PMOs or transformation offices.
