Head of Supply Chain Management (MEP)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain Management to lead the procurement and logistics function for our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects in Dubai. The role oversees multi‑site warehouse operations, inventory control, and the development of supply‑chain strategies that support large‑scale construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Direct procurement activities for construction materials valued between AED 200 M and AED 500 M.
• Manage at least five warehouses simultaneously across multiple sites.
• Oversee annual procurement spend of approximately AED 500 M.
• Develop and implement efficient supply‑chain strategies and processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with global manufacturers, local vendors, and subcontractors.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve supply‑chain efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of total work experience, with at least the last 10 years in a senior procurement or supply‑chain leadership role.
• Background in construction or contracting, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree.
• Proven track record managing high‑value construction material portfolios and large‑scale warehouse networks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor senior supply‑chain teams.
