Head of Talent Acquisition

About the role

Independent Food Company is expanding its portfolio of hospitality concepts and needs a strategic leader to own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition function. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape recruitment strategy across restaurant operations, central kitchen, supply chain, corporate functions and senior leadership hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an annual talent acquisition plan aligned with growth and new‑store opening targets.
• Partner with Operations, Finance and HR Business Partners to forecast workforce needs and build talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Lead high‑volume hiring campaigns for restaurant and support functions, ensuring brand‑specific candidate experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and candidate experience.
• Support organizational design, role definition and headcount planning initiatives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date job descriptions, organizational structures and role profiles.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading talent acquisition for fast‑growing hospitality or food service organisations.
• Strong ability to translate business growth plans into actionable hiring strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior leaders across multiple functions.
• Track record of building talent pipelines for critical and high‑volume positions.
