Head of Talent Acquisition

About the role

Successful candidates will lead Flow’s regional hiring strategy and execution across MENA, building a scalable, high‑performance recruiting function that enables rapid growth while maintaining exceptional talent quality and strong alignment with company values.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional recruiting strategies aligned with growth and workforce priorities.
• Partner with leadership on hiring plans, workforce forecasting and organizational scaling.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruiting for leadership, corporate, operational and specialized roles.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines across key regional markets.
• Improve structured interviewing, assessment processes and hiring calibration practices.
• Strengthen Flow’s employer brand and enhance candidate engagement throughout the hiring journey.
• Oversee ATS management, recruiting workflows, reporting and process optimisation.
• Establish recruiting dashboards, KPI reporting and leverage analytics for better hiring decisions.
• Support compliance with local labour laws, Saudization and Emiratisation requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and Legal on employment documentation and hiring compliance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on operator able to balance strategic workforce planning with operational recruiting execution.
• Proven experience leading regional talent acquisition functions in fast‑growth environments.
• Strong partnership skills with business leaders and HR.
• Deep understanding of MENA labour market dynamics and compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Recruiting analytics and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Structured interviewing and assessment design.
• Talent sourcing and pipeline development.
• Employer branding and candidate experience optimisation.
• Knowledge of local labour regulations, including Saudization and Emiratisation.
