Head of Tourism Operations

About the role

The Head of Tourism Operations will lead the planning, development and execution of tourism initiatives for QHM Consultancies' clients in the UAE. Based in Dubai, this senior position ensures projects align with both business and government strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tourism programmes, coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, and supervise client deliverables.
• Design and refine tourism operating models, lead market analysis, benchmarking and monitor project performance and budgets.
• Mentor team members, prepare strategic reports and presentations, and represent the firm in client and partner meetings.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in tourism and hospitality with a proven track record in designing and managing operations.
• Solid marketing background in the tourism or service sector, including promotional strategy development.
• Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in the GCC/Middle East, preferably in advisory, government or large corporate environments.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
