About the role

The Head Waiter at Cloud 22 will lead the fine‑dining service team, ensuring guests receive impeccable hospitality from the moment they are seated.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, creating a professional and friendly first impression.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu and promotional activities.
• Monitor consistency and quality of dishes, escalating major issues to management.
• Provide specialist advice on menu items to guests and colleagues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high‑volume restaurant role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and dealing with a diverse clientele.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of fine‑dining service standards.
• Ability to supervise and support wait staff effectively.
