About the role

As Head Waiter at Nobu by the Beach, you will lead the dining floor, ensuring impeccable service and a memorable guest experience. You will greet guests, manage seating, and support the team in delivering fine‑dining standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, creating a professional and friendly first impression.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu and promotional activities to advise guests and staff.
• Monitor consistency and quality of dishes served, escalating any issues to management.
• Support and train junior wait staff, coordinating service flow during high‑volume periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a waiter or head waiter in a high‑volume, luxury restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills, team‑player attitude and ability to handle diverse clientele.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain service standards under pressure.
