About the role
We are looking for experienced Head Waiters and Waiters to join a premium hospitality venue in Dubai.
Required profile
- Previous experience in upscale restaurants, luxury hotels or premium hospitality venues in Europe or Western countries.
- Strong knowledge of international service standards.
- Excellent communication and guest‑service skills with fluent English.
- Additional European languages (Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese) are a strong advantage.
- Experience serving an international clientele.
- Professional appearance, strong attention to detail and a confident, proactive, service‑oriented personality.
- Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai; immediate or short‑notice availability is a plus.
- For Head Waiter roles: prior experience supervising or leading teams, coordinating service, supporting staff and maintaining high guest‑service standards.
