Health Safety and Environment Officer

Join Hilton’s hospitality team in Dubai as a Health, Safety and Environment Officer. You will safeguard guests, team members and visitors by ensuring the hotel complies with all health, food, fire and environmental standards while delivering the warm, memorable experience Hilton is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Lead safety compliance across designated hotels, covering health, food, fire and environmental programs.
• Implement risk‑management practices and apply company safety policies to public health, accessibility, security and trading standards.
• Conduct regular safety and hygiene audits, fire tours and system tests, documenting results and ensuring corrective follow‑up.
• Investigate incidents such as food poisoning, accidents and guest complaints, analyse data and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with Facilities to monitor contractor activities and enforce safety standards throughout operations.
• Deliver training on food hygiene, fire safety and other compliance topics, providing coaching to managers and staff.
• Support environmental initiatives by collaborating with hotel leaders and sustainability champions.
