Health & Safety Intern

About the role

Join the Health & Safety team at One&Only Resorts as an intern and support the department’s documentation, data analysis, and training initiatives. You will work closely with the Health & Safety Manager to ensure a safe and sustainable environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in documenting health and safety incidents and updating the incident dashboard.
• Help identify training needs, maintain a monthly training calendar, and track completion.
• Support coordination tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and creating safety posters or QR codes.
• Conduct health, safety, and sustainability surveys and aid in awareness campaigns.
• Prepare inspection calendars, support internal audits, and contribute to performance reviews.
• Participate in investigations, evidence collection, and follow‑up on corrective actions under supervision.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about health, safety, and sustainability practices.
