Health & Safety Officer – Factory

About the role

Join one of the world’s largest food companies as a Health & Safety Officer in a modern factory environment. You will be responsible for embedding best‑practice safety measures, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor best safety practices across the factory.
• Ensure all personnel receive required HSE training as defined by ADOSH.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigation, analysis and risk assessment following the ADOSH framework.
• Participate in quarterly Safety Department reviews and update the HSE manual.
• Maintain safety records, certificates and documentation required under ADOSH.
• Brief and instruct subcontractors on safety procedures and monitor compliance.
• Monitor fire safety, accident response, and environmental pollution control.
• Define and specify appropriate PPE for all roles.
• Recommend procedural changes and coordinate with factory security staff.
• Provide first‑aid and emergency assistance when needed.
• Support BRF Sustainability Policy and ESG commitments.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HSE standards, ADOSH requirements and ISO 45001 principles.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations applicable to industrial operations.
• Ability to conduct safety reviews, maintain records and communicate safety instructions effectively.
