About the role
The Health & Safety Supervisor will ensure a safe environment for guests, colleagues and visitors at the Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai. You will lead the implementation of health and safety protocols and work closely with various departments to foster a strong safety culture.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee implementation of health and safety protocols in the engineering department.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
- Collaborate with relevant departments for a comprehensive safety approach.
- Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide training to colleagues on health and safety procedures.
- Monitor compliance with local health and safety regulations and maintain related records.
- Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
