Healthcare Operations Consultant – Expert Opportunity

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to engage seasoned healthcare operations consultants who will train a new language model on professional documentation, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks. The role is fully remote, flexible, and focused on applying your expertise in hospital operations and care‑delivery redesign to shape AI‑generated outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks covering patient throughput and bed utilization models, care pathway redesign proposals, service‑line performance dashboards, payer contract analysis, staffing and labor cost optimization, and quality‑improvement reports.
• Develop and present staffing, reimbursement, and patient‑throughput models that are used to brief hospital executives and health‑system leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital operations, health‑system consulting, or care‑delivery redesign with direct ownership of patient‑throughput and service‑line performance work.
• Proven ability to build and communicate complex models and analyses to senior leadership.

What we offer

• Compensation of $100 per hour.
