Healthcare Recruitment Specialist - Client Management

About the role

We are seeking a Healthcare Recruitment Specialist to lead client management and business development initiatives within the UAE healthcare market. The role can be performed independently or by managing a team of recruiters, offering flexibility for full‑time or part‑time arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Source and pitch recruitment services to prospective employers through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
• Analyze local market trends, identify high‑demand healthcare centres, and execute lead‑generation plans.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with corporate partners to ensure repeat business.
• Partner with hiring managers to draft job descriptions, source talent, and manage the interview pipeline.
• Provide consultative selling advice on salary expectations, skill shortages, and talent acquisition strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of UAE recruitment experience within a consultancy environment.
• Proven background in B2B sales, business development, and end‑to‑end recruitment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with client relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Effective pipeline management.
