About the role

The Heart of House Specialist supports essential hotel operations by providing cleaning services across multiple departments such as kitchen, food & beverage, and laundry. The role ensures guests receive clean linen and spotless dining ware while maintaining a safe and professional work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support cleaning needs across hotel departments, including kitchen, food & beverage, and laundry.
• Prepare fresh linen and spotless dining ware for guest use.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dish washing machines, hand wash stations, and linen washers/dryers.
• Transport dishware and linens throughout the hotel.
• Follow safety policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and uphold quality standards.
• Perform physical tasks like moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 50 lb.

Required profile

• No specific education required (no high school diploma or GED needed).
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.

Required skills

• Operating cleaning equipment (dish washers, hand wash stations, linen washers, dryers).
