About the role
The Heart of House Specialist supports essential hotel operations across kitchen, food & beverage, and laundry areas. You will ensure clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests while maintaining cleaning equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain dish washing machines, hand wash stations, linen washers and dryers.
- Transport dishware and linens throughout the hotel and perform cleaning tasks as needed.
- Follow safety procedures, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and uphold quality standards.
Required profile
- No high school diploma or GED required.
- No prior related work experience needed.
- Ability to lift, move, and carry objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required skills
- Use of linen washers
