About the role
The Heart Of House Specialist supports essential hotel operations across multiple departments, ensuring cleanliness and readiness of linen, dishware, and equipment for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare fresh, clean linen and spotless dining ware for guest use.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dishwashers, hand‑wash stations, and linen washers/dryers.
- Transport dishware and linens throughout the hotel as needed.
- Follow safety procedures, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and uphold quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- Education: No high school diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Work experience: No prior related experience required.
- Supervisory experience: None required.
- License or certification: None required.
