About the role

The Heart Of House Specialist Steward supports essential hotel operations by maintaining cleanliness across multiple departments, including kitchen, food & beverage, and laundry. Working full‑time on‑site in Dubai, you will ensure that guests experience spotless dining ware, fresh linen, and a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dining ware, and food service areas.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations, linen washers and dryers.
• Transport dishes, linens, and other items between hotel areas efficiently.
• Follow health, safety and quality standards, reporting any hazards or incidents.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform policies.

Required profile

• Ability to work physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• No formal education or prior experience required.

Required skills

• Operation of commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Use of linen washing and drying machines.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and procedures.
