About the role

We are seeking a reliable, safety‑focused Heavy Vehicle Driver to join our transportation team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for operating heavy‑duty trucks, transporting cargo safely across Al Ain and surrounding areas while adhering to all UAE traffic regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate heavy‑duty vehicles safely and efficiently, following company safety protocols and UAE traffic laws.
• Conduct comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, report any mechanical issues, and coordinate maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of routes, fuel consumption, delivery times, and cargo documentation.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution, secure fastening, and compliance with weight limits.
• Use GPS and route‑planning tools to meet delivery schedules and exceed customer expectations.
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery status and any operational concerns.
• Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean and well‑maintained.
• Participate in safety training, vehicle maintenance programs, and professional development activities.
