Hindi AI Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a native Hindi speaker to join our AI training team on a remote contract basis. Your linguistic expertise will directly contribute to building high‑quality language models that power next‑generation machine‑learning applications.

Key responsibilities

• Record high‑quality audio samples in native Hindi to enrich AI‑driven language models.
• Accurately transcribe and annotate speech data, capturing linguistic nuances and context.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to provide feedback on AI training workflows.
• Review, analyse, and refine existing speech datasets for improved model accuracy.
• Collect and organise real‑world speech data from diverse speakers and contexts.
• Uphold rigorous standards for data quality, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Communicate insights and progress clearly through written and verbal channels.

Required profile

• Native proficiency in Hindi with excellent spoken and written command.
• Demonstrated experience in audio transcription and annotation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to capture linguistic subtleties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with speech data collection processes and ability to follow detailed guidelines.
• Comfortable using digital tools for data entry, review, and communication.
