Hindi AI Trainer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a native Hindi speaker to join our AI training team on a remote contract basis. Your linguistic expertise will help improve next‑generation language models by providing high‑quality audio and transcription data.

Key responsibilities

• Record clear, high‑quality audio samples in native Hindi.
• Transcribe and annotate speech data, capturing linguistic nuances and context.
• Collaborate with the team to give feedback on AI training workflows.
• Review and refine existing speech datasets to boost model accuracy.
• Collect and organize real‑world speech data from diverse speakers and situations.
• Maintain strict standards for data quality, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Communicate progress and insights through written and verbal reports.

Required profile

• Native proficiency in Hindi with excellent spoken and written skills.
• Experience in audio transcription and annotation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to capture subtle linguistic features.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with speech data collection processes.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines within structured AI workflows.
• Comfort using digital tools for data entry, review, and communication.
