About the role

The Home Finance Advisor (Outsource) is responsible for sourcing home finance applications, meeting monthly acquisition targets, and ensuring compliance with bank and regulatory guidelines. The role focuses on driving sales growth within the eligible customer segment in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

Source and submit home finance applications from the bank's eligible target segment.
Achieve individual and team monthly disbursement targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales.
Ensure all submissions meet documentation, credit, KYC, and ID&V requirements.

Required profile

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real‑estate or banking.
Proven ability to meet monthly targets and handle end‑to‑end loan application processes.
