About the role

The Home Mortgage Consultant position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Abu Dhabi. You will guide prospective home‑buyers through every stage of the mortgage journey, from initial financial assessment to final loan approval, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Explain loan options, rates, and terms in clear, empathetic language.
• Collect, verify, and manage all required documentation.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to secure pre‑approvals and final approvals.
• Maintain accurate client records and provide timely updates throughout the process.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients and participate in local networking activities.
• Support business development initiatives and promote Mortgage Pro’s services.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and practical experience working with mortgages.
• Excellent customer‑service skills with the ability to provide clear, empathetic guidance.
• Solid understanding of loan structures and finance principles relevant to mortgage products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to simplify complex financial information.
• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Relevant experience in banking, real estate, or mortgage advisory in the UAE is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
