Homeroom Teacher – Academic Year 2026/27

About the role

The school is seeking enthusiastic Homeroom Teachers for the 2026/27 academic year. You will deliver inclusive, inspiring lessons that enable every child to make maximum progress while fostering a positive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements and cater to a wide ability range.
• Assess and record student progress using the Target Tracker system and provide feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues, curriculum support staff and external professionals such as speech therapists and educational psychologists.
• Maintain classroom order by applying the school’s behaviour policy and managing student motivation.
• Create classroom displays and organise learning resources to encourage a stimulating environment.
