About the role

Al Narjes Charter School, part of Bloom Charter Education, is looking for dedicated Homeroom Teachers to join its Al Ain campus for the 2026‑2027 academic year. The role involves delivering high‑quality lessons, fostering student development, and contributing to a vibrant, multicultural learning community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum standards.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Foster students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
• Monitor and assess student progress while providing constructive feedback.
• Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
• Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification teaching experience.
• Experience teaching within an American curriculum school (highly desirable).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Passion for education and student achievement.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
