About the role
Marsh is launching an Early Careers Program exclusively for UAE nationals to start a professional journey in insurance and risk management. The program combines structured learning, regional exposure and hands‑on projects to develop future leaders.
Required profile
- UAE national (family book holder) who is a final‑year student or recent graduate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent academic performance and analytical thinking
- Enthusiasm for a long‑term career in professional services and risk strategy
- Ability to work collaboratively in inclusive teams
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
