Hook-up & Brownfield Manager

About the role

The Hook-up & Brownfield Manager will lead planning, coordination and execution of offshore hook‑up and brownfield modification activities for existing offshore facilities. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role will work closely with engineering, construction, commissioning and operations teams to ensure safe, efficient delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall planning, coordination and execution of offshore hook‑up and brownfield activities, including structural, piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and telecom works.
• Develop and oversee execution strategies, construction sequencing, work‑pack planning and implementation plans.
• Review contractor construction methodology, conduct constructability reviews and monitor EPC/sub‑contractor performance.
• Manage interfaces between greenfield facilities and existing brownfield installations, including platform tie‑ins and SIMOPS.
• Coordinate shutdown/turnaround scopes, mechanical completion, system handover and commissioning readiness.
• Identify risks, implement controls and promote strong HSE leadership throughout offshore activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Structural, Civil, Offshore Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in offshore oil & gas projects, specifically brownfield modifications and hook‑up activities.
• Proven managerial or senior leadership experience overseeing offshore construction/brownfield execution.
• Experience with ADNOC or similar offshore projects is highly desirable.
