HOP Site Team Leader

About the role

Join Deliveroo's HOP team in Dubai as a Site Team Leader, overseeing shift operations to deliver fast grocery service while ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the site team, coordinating with site management to meet company objectives and prioritize tasks during shifts.
• Supervise order picking, packaging, and dispatch to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with SOPs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and conduct daily claims and stock counts.
• Ensure health & safety checks, proper timekeeping, and adherence to working time directives.
• Communicate professionally with riders and external parties, upholding Deliveroo’s reputation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in FMCG, retail, warehouse or last‑mile environments (preferred).
• Strong hands‑on, detail‑oriented mindset with ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proven track record of meeting KPI targets such as pick times.
• Reliability, punctuality and good attendance record.
• Right to work in the UAE.
