Hospital Cluster Audit Specialist (UAE Nationals)

About the role

PureHealth is seeking an Audit Specialist to join its Hospital Cluster Audits team. The role focuses on driving transparency, operational excellence, and compliance across its hospitals, providing exposure to healthcare operations and direct collaboration with senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of a risk‑based internal audit plan through risk assessments and control evaluations.
• Execute internal audits in line with IIA standards, including walkthroughs, risk and control matrices, testing, and documentation of evidence.
• Prepare high‑quality working papers and contribute to audit findings and reports.
• Assist in investigations related to compliance, fraud, or operational irregularities and participate in consulting assignments to improve processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of internal audit experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings.
• Strong understanding of IIA standards and internal audit methodologies.
• High degree of integrity, professionalism, and objectivity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, ACL, or IDEA.
