Hospitality Supervisor

About the role

Sonder is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to lead a team of Hospitality Agents, develop scalable processes, and own city operations projects across its Dubai locations.

Key responsibilities

• Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to Hospitality Agents.
• Prioritize, delegate, and execute day‑to‑day tasks to ensure world‑class guest experience.
• Guide guests through the Sonder experience and maintain first‑impression quality.
• Own and update standard operating procedures and support continuous‑improvement projects.
• Analyze market trends to optimize operations and proactively address guest issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing direct reports, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong people‑management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends and adapt to shifting priorities.

Required skills

• Basic spreadsheet knowledge (Google Suite).
• Comfort with technology for team management and collaboration.
