About the role
NAM Arabia is hiring experienced and enthusiastic hospitality professionals for multiple positions across its café and restaurant operations in Makkah, Madinah, and Riyadh. Opportunities are available for candidates with experience in restaurant operations, food service, kitchen production, and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant, kitchen, or customer‑service operations according to the assigned role.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain quality, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support efficient service.
- Help create a positive dining experience for guests.
Required profile
- Relevant hospitality or restaurant experience.
- Current availability to work in Saudi Arabia.
- Willingness to transfer sponsorship within the next two months.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, food safety, hygiene standards, teamwork, communication, and hospitality best practices.
