About the role
Join the DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront team as a Hostess who speaks Arabic. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and personalized welcome that reflects Hilton’s hospitality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead guest arrival and seating, managing reservations, VIP arrivals, walk‑ins and table allocations.
- Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Handle guest feedback, service recovery and escalations when needed.
- Coach and support front‑of‑house staff during busy periods, maintaining service standards.
- Manage special occasions, VIP arrangements and detailed guest requests.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and acting with integrity.
- Strong leadership, teamwork and ownership mindset.
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage.
- Current or previous hotel experience is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in hotel reservation and POS systems.
