About the role
Our Guest Service Experts at Bussola Mare take the initiative to create a memorable dining experience for guests. They set tables, coordinate with the kitchen, serve guests, and maintain clean work areas, ensuring every meal feels part of a unique experience.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation for each guest.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and supplies throughout the shift.
- Handle menu items, verify information, and assist with physical tasks such as lifting and moving items up to 25 lb (or 50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
