Hostess – Fine Dining Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at our fine‑dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi. You will create a warm, sophisticated welcome that reflects the premium standards of Nusr‑Et.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reservations, table assignments and special requests, ensuring smooth guest flow.
• Coordinate with the reception, service team and management during peak periods and events.
• Maintain accurate guest logs and reservation notes for future reference.
• Act as the primary contact for VIP guests, delivering clear and professional communication.
• Uphold a polished, professional appearance in line with company standards.
• Share guest feedback or concerns with management to support continuous improvement.
• Assist with hosting duties during peak hours, special occasions and events.
• Support daily operations and ensure cleanliness and organization in reception and VIP areas.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Hostess, Guest Relations Associate or similar role in hospitality or luxury environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, confident, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Italian, French or Spanish are an advantage.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with guests.
