About the role

Join the Hilton team as a Hostess and be the first smile guests see. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist with seating and reservations, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a friendly environment from arrival to departure.
• Answer guest queries promptly and provide accurate information.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, promotions, and seating arrangements.
• Manage reservations and seating efficiently, taking messages and directing calls as needed.
• Uphold Hilton grooming standards and professional appearance.
• Follow hotel security, fire, health and safety procedures and report issues appropriately.
