Rixos The Palm Dubai is seeking a friendly, professional, and guest‑focused Hostess to join its Food & Beverage team. The role involves creating positive first impressions, managing reservations efficiently, and delivering memorable dining experiences in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Manage restaurant reservations and coordinate guest seating efficiently.
• Respond to guest enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the Food & Beverage team to support smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hostess or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and guest‑relations skills.
• Positive attitude with a professional, well‑groomed appearance.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of guest reception, hospitality standards, reservations, seating procedures, and professional communication.
