About the role

As a Hostess at Bliss 6 in Conrad Dubai you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and memorable welcome that sets the tone for their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest with warmth and poise, delivering an exceptional first impression.
• Coordinate reservations, walk‑in guests and table assignments while respecting guest preferences and service flow.
• Recognise returning guests, note special occasions and share relevant preferences with the service team.
• Escort guests to their tables, present menus and answer questions about Bliss 6.
• Communicate guest arrivals, waiting times and special requests to the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain the entrance, host stand, menus and guest areas in immaculate condition.
• Follow Conrad Dubai’s service, hygiene, health, safety and alcohol awareness procedures.
