About the role
Our Guest Service Experts create a memorable dining experience for guests at the Sheraton in Dubai. They take initiative to ensure guests enjoy their meals, handling everything from setting tables to coordinating with the kitchen while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation for each guest.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with and serve guests throughout their dining experience.
- Clean and maintain work areas and supplies.
- Stand, walk, and move on various surfaces for extended periods.
- Read and verify menu information accurately.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below knee level, performing bending, twisting, and stooping as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
