About the role
The Hostess (Guest Service Expert) at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Dubai delivers memorable dining experiences for guests. You will be responsible for a range of front‑of‑house duties, ensuring service excellence and a safe, welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, serve guests, and maintain clean work areas throughout the dining venue.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen, manage menu information, and handle guest inquiries.
- Move, lift, and transport items up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance) while navigating varied floor surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
